# 5.6 Legal & Fraud Prevention (Important)

* Using cards for **chargebacks** or **cash-out purposes** is typically a violation of card issuer agreements.
* If identified as fraudulent, you may be subject to **claims for damages**.
* SyFu reserves the right to enforce **full account bans, asset freezes/confiscation, and withdrawal restrictions**.
* Fraudulent acquisition of rewards may be considered **criminal fraud** under law.
