What is the SyFu Wallet?

The SyFu Wallet is a non-custodial wallet that is automatically generated within the app using MPC (Multi-Party Computation) technology. It splits the private key into three parts and manages them in a distributed manner, so users do not need to store or input private keys themselves. For more details, see 1.2 About the SyFu Wallet.

What is the difference between the Standard Wallet and the Spending Wallet?

The SyFu Wallet consists of the following two types of wallets. Both are non-custodial in nature, and only the user has authority over their management.

Is the SyFu Wallet secure?

The SyFu Wallet uses MPC technology to distribute private key management. The full private key is never generated or exposed. All transactions are executed within the user’s signing authority, ensuring that no third party can control the assets.

How can I obtain an activation code?

You can obtain one through the following methods:

• SyFu NFT holder (snapshot eligible) https://manekineko.syfu.io/claim/activation_code

• Invitation from an existing user

• Waiting list registration (priority distribution)

• Official campaign participants such as AMAs or events

• The code may have already been used or expired.

• If your registered wallet is not eligible, registration will fail.

How do I send NFTs to the SyFu Wallet?

When sending NFTs from external wallets or Element, you can use the dedicated "SyFu NFT Transfer" tool to send up to 30 NFTs at once.

My NFT is not showing in the wallet.

• It may take several minutes to tens of minutes to reflect after sending.

• Please check the transaction history of the sender wallet.

• If sent to the wrong address, NFTs cannot be recovered. SyFu and the management team are not responsible for recovery.
