# 6.7 Marketplace Specifications

The SyFu Marketplace is the official web service for buying and selling MANEKINEKO NFTs.\
Direct trading functionality is not available within the app; the marketplace is accessed through a web browser.

### Where to Trade / How to Access

* **Marketplace**: Official SyFu Marketplace (Web)
* **URL**: <https://manekineko.syfu.io/>
* **Some NFTs** may also be traded on Element

#### How to Access

You can access the marketplace through any of the following methods:

* SyFu App Home > **“SyFu Game”** > access via the link on the official site
* SyFu App Menu > **“Claim Site”** > access via the link on the Claim site
* Direct access via the official link

### Basic Specifications

* **Eligible NFTs**: NFTs held in-game
* **Currency**: BNB
* The BNB used for purchases is deducted from the balance in the **Spending Wallet** within the SyFu app
* **There is currently no gas fee for purchasing, listing, or selling on the official marketplace itself**
* However, gas fees or withdrawal / transfer-out fees may apply separately when depositing or withdrawing NFTs or tokens\

### Transaction Fees and Royalties

* The **marketplace transaction fee on the official SyFu Marketplace is currently free**
* An **8% royalty** applies to secondary sales of SyFu NFTs based on the sale price
* The royalty is **borne by the seller** and is **automatically deducted from the sale proceeds** when the transaction is completed
* On external marketplaces, **separate transaction fees set by each marketplace may apply**

### Listing Requirements

A MANEKINEKO NFT can only be listed on the marketplace if **all** of the following conditions are met.

#### Storage Location

* **Only NFTs held in-game** can be listed
* **NFTs stored in the SyFu Wallet cannot be listed as-is**

#### Status Requirements

* **Lifespan: 100%**
* **HP: 100%**
* **No un-BINDed mari remain**

#### In-Game Restrictions

* A MANEKINEKO that is listed **cannot be set as MAIN**
* While listed, it **cannot be used for gameplay**

#### Special Specifications for Common / Common OG

* Common / Common OG use a sales method different from standard individually selected NFTs
* Listing the NFT does **not** immediately erase its original growth status
* If a sale is completed, it is delivered to the buyer in **Pod state**
* If the listing is canceled, the NFT retains the growth status it had before listing
* Common is not displayed as an individual NFT with its own status in the listing; instead, it is handled as sales inventory

> ℹ️ **Note**
>
> Common is displayed not as an individual NFT list for each user, but as marketplace inventory for sale. Therefore, it is not possible in the UI to individually check the growth status of each listed unit.

### Trading Rules

Pricing and sales methods differ depending on the type of NFT.

#### Common

* **Price**: Fixed at $50
* **Individual selection**: Not available
* **Sales method**: Inventory-based sale method in which units are sold automatically in listing order

#### Common OG

* **Price**: Freely set at $50 or above
* **Individual selection**: Not available
* **Display / sales order**:
  * Lowest price first
  * If the price is the same, earlier listing first

#### Uncommon and Above / MANEKINEKO Genesis

* The seller can freely set the **price and sale period**
* **Individual selection is available**

> ⚠️ **Important Notes on Trading Restrictions**
>
> * NFTs with **Lifespan or HP below 100%** cannot be **listed or relisted** on the marketplace
> * **MANEKINEKO with un-BINDed mari remaining**, or **NFTs stored in the SyFu Wallet**, cannot be listed as-is
>

### Processing After Purchase / Sale

* Purchased NFTs are reflected **in the buyer’s in-game account**
* Sale proceeds in BNB are reflected **in the seller’s Spending Wallet**
* Trading history can be checked on the **“Transaction History”** page
