# 5.6 法務・不正対策（注意喚起）

* **チャージバック**や**現金化目的のカード利用**は、多くのカード会社の規約違反に該当します。
* **不正利益**と判断されると、損害賠償請求の対象になり得ます。
* SyFuでは **アカウント全BAN、資産停止・没収** 等の措置を取る場合があります。
* **ポイント等の不正取得**は刑事上の詐欺罪に相当する可能性があり、極めて高リスクです。
