Appendix A. SyFu NFT Trading Guidelines
A.1 Supported Marketplaces
SyFu NFTs can currently be traded on the following platforms:
Official SyFu Marketplace (web-based)
Element
If SyFu approves additional platforms in the future, such updates will be announced on the official website or in GitBook.
Trading on marketplaces other than those listed above is not recommended. NFTs purchased or sold on non-designated marketplaces are not recognized as official transactions. As such, their eligibility for use within the game, rewards, benefits, or support services is not guaranteed.
A.2 Permitted Transactions
Transfer, sale, purchase, or display of NFTs that have been lawfully purchased or acquired
Transactions conducted on marketplaces approved by SyFu
Transactions conducted in compliance with the conditions designated by SyFu, including royalties
A.3 Prohibited Transactions
The following acts are prohibited. If violations are confirmed, measures such as invalidation of NFTs, suspension of accounts, or forfeiture of rewards may be taken:
Transactions on unofficial marketplaces
Sale or purchase on platforms not designated by SyFu
Royalty evasion
Direct or OTC transactions intended to avoid royalties stipulated by contract
Wash trading (price manipulation)
Repeatedly conducting fictitious transactions to manipulate NFT prices or demand
Fictitious transactions or fraudulent settlements
Transactions without actual substance or settlements using falsified data
Other inappropriate transactions as determined by SyFu, including but not limited to:
Transactions in violation of laws or public order and morals
Acts that constitute prohibited conduct under the SyFu Terms of Service (as amended from time to time)
A.4 Royalties
In secondary trading of SyFu NFTs, the royalty rates specified by SyFu shall apply.
Royalties will be automatically deducted at the time of the transaction and allocated to SyFu or the relevant ecosystem.
A.5 Scope of Responsibility
NFT transactions are conducted at the sole responsibility of the users.
SyFu is not a party to such transactions and assumes no responsibility for contracts, disputes, or damages arising from NFT sales or purchases.
Even on the official SyFu Marketplace, SyFu merely facilitates the transaction between users and does not act as a party to the sale or purchase. Users are solely responsible for verifying the terms, authenticity, and counterparties of each transaction.
A.6 Enforcement and Remedies
SyFu reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of these Guidelines and to take appropriate actions, including but not limited to disabling NFTs, suspending user accounts, or forfeiting associated rewards, subject to applicable law.
A.7 Amendments
These Guidelines may be amended from time to time. Updates will be published on the official website or GitBook and shall take effect upon publication unless otherwise stated.
